Pet Therapy With Flora in Moore, OK

Therapy Animals

Our lovely rescue greyhound Flora is  our supermodel, but she's also the most relaxed and gentle dog you'll ever meet. Always chilled out and affectionate, she does have her own case of PTSD from being a former racing dog. Now she has all the love and attention in the world! (Even if she is still scared of thunderstorms.) She's our fast and furious couch potato, she'll laze around all day but can still hit top speed when she goes outside for a sprint.

Therapy Dog Beau

Beau is our little fancy boy, he's a Phalene Papillon (a breed variant with floppy ears) who was also a rescue from an OKC-area animal rescue. He'll always be the one to bark out a greeting, but he's very friendly... he just has to announce your entrance! He's a little skittish at first since he's also a rescue, but he loves to come cuddle on the therapy couch when he's allowed to. He's the fluffiest and a little androgynous,

Miss Bossy Cat

Bossy, Boss Baby, Boss Lady, our little feline resident goes by a lot of names, all of which feature her most notable trait: she gets what she wants! She's only been a member of the pack since late July 2018 when she was 8 weeks old, so she's the our youngest resident. She is very social for a cat though, often coming to greet patients (especially cat-lovers). She loves being the center of attention and is even sometimes okay with belly rubs!
